Cookie policy
This policy lists every cookie that telonic.ai, docs.telonic.ai and marketing.telonic.ai set, what each one is for, and how to change your choice.
What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser. Some are needed for a website to work as you expect. Others, such as analytics cookies, are optional, and we set them only if you accept them.
Cookies the websites need
These cookies make the websites work as you expect. They do not identify you and are not used for analytics or advertising.
- cookie_consent: set when you accept or reject analytics cookies, to remember your choice, so we do not ask you on every page. It is shared by telonic.ai, docs.telonic.ai and marketing.telonic.ai, and lasts 180 days, after which we ask again.
- NEXT_LOCALE: remembers the language of the last page you opened on telonic.ai or docs.telonic.ai. It is deleted when you close your browser.
Analytics cookies, only if you accept them
If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics sets two cookies to count visits and understand how the websites are used. They tell us, for example, which pages are read and which forms are sent, without telling us who you are.
- _ga: tells visits from one browser apart from visits from another. It lasts up to two years.
- _ga_ followed by our measurement ID: keeps track of your current visit. It lasts up to two years.
Until you accept, Google Analytics is not loaded at all, so it cannot set any cookie. If you reject analytics cookies, or make no choice, none is set. Google signals and advertising features are switched off.
Cookies we do not set
We set no advertising, social media or other third-party cookies. The websites do not show embedded content from other services that sets cookies of its own.
Changing your choice
You can change your choice at any time:
- choose Cookie preferences at the bottom of any page on telonic.ai, then accept or reject analytics cookies;
- or delete this website's cookies in your browser's settings. We will then ask you again on your next visit.
If you withdraw your consent, the analytics cookies are removed and Google Analytics stops loading. Your choice applies to telonic.ai, docs.telonic.ai and marketing.telonic.ai together.
