Accessibility statement

We want everyone to be able to use telonic.ai, including people who use a screen reader, keyboard navigation, screen magnification or reduced motion settings.

Our standard

We design and test this site against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. Pages are checked with automated accessibility tests and reviewed by hand before they are published.

What the site supports

• Text and interface colours that meet the level AA contrast requirements.
• Every link, menu, form and control can be used with a keyboard.
• If your device is set to reduce motion, animations are replaced by their final state.
• Content remains complete if JavaScript is switched off.
• A right-to-left layout for Arabic.

Known limitations

Some product illustrations are decorative. Screen readers receive a short text description instead of every detail inside them. Some pages in the Arabic version show English text in the right-to-left layout until their Arabic translation is published.

Tell us about a problem

If anything on this site is difficult to use, email hello@telonic.ai and tell us the page and what happened. We read every message and will reply.
